Hall Rental Information for 2025
Rental Rates are as follows:
Damage Deposit will equal daily rental of $400
Rental for one day - $400
Preparation (e.g. decorating) after 6 pm the day before event - $200
Preparation earlier than 6 pm the day before event - $400
Day following event - occupation until 12 noon - $200
Day following event - occupation continuing past 12 noon - $400
- Key Access: The key will be provided after an inspection is completed on the rental day.
- RV Parking: Renters may park RVs the evening before (after 6 PM), provided no other event is scheduled. Hall access begins with the rental period.
- Key Return & Inspection: Arrangements for key return and a post-rental inspection will be coordinated with the booking agent.
- Setup & Cleanup: Renters are responsible for setup and cleanup. A cleaning checklist is posted in the kitchen and bar areas and emailed upon rental approval. The return of the damage deposit depends on satisfactory cleanup and damage assessment.
- RV Hookups: The Hall does not provide RV hookups.
- Bonfires: Allowed only in the designated fire pit with a permit from Westlock County.
- Fireworks: Permitted if handled by an experienced operator and accompanied by the required permit.
- Hall tables and chairs must remain indoors. Folding tables and wooden chairs are available for use on the deck.
- The Hazel Bluff Community Agricultural Society does not rent tables or chairs separately.

Our hall is very busy.
Bookings, especially weekend bookings between June through September
are often booked a year or two in advance.
Check the calendar below to see if your desired event start date is available. After choosing your start date you will be taken to a rental request form to fill in more details about your event.
Please understand that by submitting this request, your hall rental date is NOT confirmed or booked.
We will respond to your hall rental request within 72 hours.
The hall is NOT booked for the date you requested until:
You have been notified by our Hall Rental Coordinator
You have signed the hall rental agreement
You have paid the hall rental deposit.
